If you proceed with an engagement, Spot and its brokerage partners may use the business, contact, exposure, and policy information you provide to evaluate requirements and arrange insurance options. Relevant information may be shared with parties involved in that work. Ask the receiving team to explain recipients and document-transfer arrangements before sharing records.
Keep sensitive documents out of the calendar
An appointment description is not a secure insurance-document channel. Do not place payment information, personal identifiers, passwords, medical records, or driver records into scheduling notes. Request the appropriate transfer method from the procurement team.
