We ask how your goods move and what has changed since the last policy. A new product line or overflow warehouse goes into the submission, along with the delivery responsibilities you have accepted. We handle follow-up questions as the account goes to market.
We recommend with the terms in view
We read each proposal for shipment valuation, deductibles, and restrictions on goods held for others. You receive our recommendation and the reasons for it, including the conditions that could make a cheaper quote a poor fit.
We follow the goods through each handoff
Insurance can depend on who has custody when goods are damaged. We examine the purchase and storage terms for the period before your customer accepts delivery. Where the documents leave responsibility unclear, we flag the issue and seek an answer before you choose a policy.
