Cargo, auto & liability
Cover the business that moves the goods.
We compare cargo and vehicle coverages with the liability insurance around your warehouse and products. Our recommendation explains where each policy applies and which exclusions affect the way you work.

Policy review
We read what sits behind the certificate.
Send us the policy and the transportation agreement through the agreed document channel. We check the endorsements against the insurance requirements, flag mismatches, and pursue the wording available for your account.
See what we checkTaking your account to market
From your shipping operation to an insurance proposal.
We turn the details of your operation into a submission, manage the market follow-up, and bring back a comparison you can use.
We map the movement
We work through a typical shipment with you and identify the exceptions that matter to underwriting, including overflow storage and unusual loads.
We shop the account
We prepare the submission around your goods and agreements, seek insurance options, and handle the questions that come back from the market.
We explain the choice
You get the proposed terms compared side by side. We explain the price differences and recommend an option with the important cargo conditions in view.
Contract to coverage
We check the insurance against the delivery terms.
Your customer may expect you to carry a loss after the goods leave your warehouse. We examine that obligation alongside the freight agreement and proposed policy, then explain any gap between the promise and the insurance.

Whose goods, at which point
Your stock and a customer’s freight can sit on the same pallet. We describe ownership and responsibility at each handover, then check the proposed policy against them.
Routes, radius, and who drives
Vehicles, distance travelled, and the drivers permitted on them shape which markets will look at the account. We record those facts before the account goes out.
Delivery terms read with the policy
Freight agreements can hand you liability the cargo section never picks up. We compare the obligation you signed against the property and liability terms quoted.
Put your next renewal in motion.
Tell us when your insurance renews or when the new delivery contract starts. We will work through the account with you and identify what we need to approach the market.
Who this is for
Insurance for the way you handle freight.
We distinguish stock you own from freight you carry for others, so the submission describes your actual responsibility for the goods.

Before the next load
Cargo insurance questions, answered.
Understand the difference between insuring a vehicle and insuring its load, and how storage or a customer contract can change the coverage needed.
Does insuring the truck also insure the shipment?
No. Auto liability and vehicle physical damage address different interests from the goods being carried. Review the cargo or other property form separately, including whose goods are eligible and the conditions during loading, transit, and storage.
Does inland marine mean ocean freight insurance?
No. Inland marine commonly concerns movable property and domestic transportation exposures. An import or ocean leg needs its own coverage discussion; do not infer that it is insured from the inland marine label.
Can a certificate satisfy every customer requirement?
A certificate provides evidence of insurance; it does not amend a policy. Compare the customer’s requested status and wording with the actual endorsements, including any limits on who qualifies as an additional insured.
The Embarcadero
Your shipment may need more than one policy.
A distributor in San Francisco may buy goods that sit with a warehouse operator before a separate trucking company collects them. We trace that route when preparing your insurance submission. If the load stops overnight or moves into overflow storage, we check how the proposed cargo terms treat that interval. The comparison should tell you where the goods are insured and what remains unresolved.
